It was ages since I had last seen Paul so I was really surprised and grateful that he met me at the airport. It was grate to see him again and meet Lisa for the first time and I was really sorry that this was going to be such a brief meeting. Apologies to Lisa as she didn't like these pictures but its a nice memento for me :-)

Phil was renting a room in No 8 Valencia Avenue, Ilse of Capri. About 15 minutes walk from Surfers Paradise centre, he lent me the couch. Unfortunately for me his room mates got up at 6am waking me up and worsening my jet lag.

Townsville is about halfway between Cairns and Brisbane. Remarkable for its Naval base, diving trips to the Yulongarda (a trip we should have but never made) and the huge aquarium.
